Director Sales and Marketing

Michelle Marinello joined Rose Commercial Real Estate as Director of Sales and Marketing in 2017. In her position, she is responsible for implementing the firm’s marketing strategy and supporting the brokers’ sales and leasing efforts. She uses her extensive experience in design to develop and distribute various client tools, including property brochures, availability listings and signage. Michelle also maintains the web site listings and administers both e-mail and social media communications. In addition to assisting in client relations, she performs a wide range of administrative tasks and special projects.

Beyond her active role in marketing, Michelle has 6 years’ experience in real estate sales and leasing that spans both residential and commercial markets throughout South Jersey. She has strength in building new business and working hand-in-hand with the Rose Commercial clients to search properties, support negotiations and maintain strong relationships. It is this combined experience in sales and design which helps her achieve the firm’s goals.

Prior to joining Rose Commercial Real Estate, Michelle attended Moore College of Art and Rowan University where she studied fine art and psychology. She has held various marketing positions, including with Puratos, an international creator of ingredients for the bakery, patisserie and chocolate sectors. Michelle was also an assistant manager at Virtua Lifewell in Voorhees.

Michelle is a South Jersey native, growing up in Medford and now living in Marlton where she is raising her three daughters. She is an active member of her church and volunteers within the private school community. Her passion for the arts is far-reaching. Michelle’s artwork has been exhibited throughout South Jersey and she co-founded the theater department at St. Mary of the Lakes School, where she continues to work as the lead designer for the program and oversees conceptual design, lighting and staging. Outside of work and art, Michelle enjoys yoga and spending time with family and friends.
