For the second time over the last 12 months, Adam Rose, President of Rose Commercial Real
Estate, represented local investor, Tristan Sylk, this time in the purchase of Plaza 38 – a 44,750 square foot retail strip center and warehouse. Located on the heavily traveled Route 38 in Hainesport, NJ, the new owner has plans for major improvements to include signage, parking and the external façade. Currently the 32,000 square foot warehouse is fully leased and less than half of the 12,750 square foot storefront is available. Rose also represented this seller in the transaction and will retain the listing to lease the vacant space. Speaking of working together again, the buyer and broker said jointly, “The benefits are endless. Not only because we know each other so well but our relationship is one built on mutual respect and trust.” The sale of Plaza 38 closed at the end of September for $2.8 million.
