Rose, who represented the seller, worked hand in hand with Kevin Healey of Tri State Commercial to negotiate the sale between Medical Properties Route 73 LLC (seller) and Boing US Holdco Inc (buyer). The complex deal, which required gaining approval for the planned use, closed for $1,150,000 on August 18, 2023.
