Ross L. Donolow joined Rose Commercial Real Estate as an Associate Realtor in May 2019 and is
responsible for the procurement of new business. This includes acquiring office, industrial and retail listings available for sale or lease as well as connecting prospective buyers and tenants with commercial properties to meet their needs. One area of interest for Ross is representing buyers and sellers with 1031 Exchanges and it has become a key area of expertise.

Ross has had a broad professional career over the years ~ one that has spanned the commercial lending, computer sciences and medical industries. As a mortgage broker, Ross spent a year in securing mortgages within the commercial real estate market. His exclusive focus led to multi-million dollar transactions.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Ross worked in computer sciences for several Fortune 500 companies, including The Boeing Company, Comcast Corporation, AstraZeneca and Wells Fargo & Company to name a few. He also managed the Crozer-Keystone Sleep Centers. A graduate of Tufts University in Boston, MA, Ross has a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology and completed his Electroneurodiagnostic Technology (EEG) degree. He went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Computer Science at Villanova University in Villanova, PA.

Ross is an avid runner and part of a masters track relay team that entered the world-renowned Penn Relays in 2019. The team, which was sponsored by Rose Commercial Real Estate, placed 6th in the nation. Born and raised in Wynnewood, PA, Ross and his wife currently reside in Philadelphia and have two (2) grown sons. Together they practice yoga, meditation and fitness.
