In the first of two recent transactions to transform downtown Medford, Rose Commercial Real Estate President, Adam Rose, and Director of Business Development, Jeffrey Lucas, represented Medford BP, LLC led by local investor Tristan Sylk, in the purchase of 2, 4 & 5 North Broad Street / 18 & 24 Charles Street. The 50,000 square foot retail and industrial building located just behind the Kirby Brothers Inc. Feed – a South Jersey landmark – making it a key site in the planned improvements to Main Street in Medford. The Rose Commercial team negotiated with seller, Randy Lahn, and the deal closed July 2020.
