The purchasing law firm will occupy the 2nd floor that has great visibility on the heavily traveled corridor of Marlton Pike, while the seller will remain a tenant. “When it came time to place the property on the market, I was pleased to once again work with Joe Sulpizio of Katz Pierz Insurance, who I sold the building to several years ago,” said Rose. The sale closed in June 2021 for $900,000.
