Rounding out a trio of sizeable land transactions since June 2020, Bob Meyer Communities engaged Rose Commercial Real Estate in the search of a sizeable vacant site available for residential development. At the time, the firm and Director of Business Development Jeffrey Lucas were already representing Medford Arc Wheeler looking to sell 56 acres on Medford Evesboro Road in Medford, NJ. A close review of both parties’ needs indicated that the large plot near the cross section of Route 70 and Old Marlton Pike would offer the eventual home community easy access to surrounding townships and convenience to the many local amenities, including banks, pharmacies and well-known Medport Diner. Lucas represented both parties in the transaction, which closed for $1,400,000. in September 2020.
