Alan Sussman

Director of Investment Sales

Alan Sussman joined Rose Commercial Real Estate (RCRE) in 2021 as its Director of Investment Sales, bringing more than 35 years of comprehensive industry expertise with a specialty in large investment-grade commercial and multi-family properties. A strong negotiator, who is skillful at managing multiple largescale projects, he has developed long-standing relationships based on unparalleled client service. Alan will build on this experience in high level market analysis, forecasting and negotiations to further the RCRE investment property segment.

For much of his career, Alan has been a managing member and principal owner of multiple commercial real estate companies, including Sussman Corporate Rental Assistance, ICON Property Group, and Alan Sussman Company, Inc., where he was responsible for exclusively listing over 20,000 apartment units and more than $259M in sales. While leading Sussman Corporate Rental Assistance, Alan was granted the sole contract for Fortune 500 companies relocating to the tri-state area, including but not limited to Cigna, Lockheed, Exxon Mobile Oil and Johnson & Johnson.

Alan hold a strong commitment to the industry and remains a highly active member with professional organizations throughout the region. Licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and North Carolina, he is a member of both the Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA) East and New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA), where he was Chairman and Creator of the “Best in Apartment Living” Awards Program.

A graduate of Drexel University with a degree in business administration and communications, Alan is a longtime resident of the Greater Philadelphia area. He grew up in Cheltenham Township and is now living in Cherry Hill since1997. Outside of work, the father of two loves photography and can often be found playing the drums and working on his house.
